Strike

Today Cusco is on strike. Schools Universities supermarkets shops and restaurants are closed, transport is reduced, Jess and Sam are happy to have a days holiday! The reason for the strike is a protest against the plan for water from the Cusco region to be diverted to Arequipa, also a protest that the government is not doing enough to help the flooded communities.
