Church constitution

One of the joys and frustrations of church planting is that we need to organise the church constitution to make it a legal entity. Before we came to Peru I don't think we had ever had our finger prints taken for any reason. Well here in Peru we always need to sign and put our finger prints on legal documents. We are now in the process of legalising the church and so all church members are signing the libro de actas.
