Grand opening of the Cafe church on the Dia Del Peru
praying for God's blessing on the cafe church
Jessica and friends enjoying the childrens' corner
learning how to make pancakes
Josue serving Scott and Steve (who so kindly helped us with the carpentry)
we are waiting for Jess and Sam's smaller sized aprons to be made!
Today July 28 is the Day of Peru, a few of our missionary friends attended the cafe and so the radicales were able to practice serving drinks and pancakes and we were able to all pray together and dedicate the cafe to the Lord.

Midsummer Music Concert
Huge thanks to Tasha and Jessi Wilson and friends for organising a music concert to raise funds for our cafe church. The concert was held at Stanton Rd Baptist church where we were church members 1998-2001 it was at this time that Anjanette did her GP training and the church supported Scott to enter full time ministry. We are so grateful for our wonderful friends and supporters from our various church families in the UK , it is wonderful to see that so many have a vision to support home and overseas mission. We really look forward to Tasha and Jessi coming out to visit us and share some of their music in Cusco next March.

keeping the children entertained during the swine flu holidays
at the Inca museum
with the armadillos at the natural history museum
Jessica pretending to be a large cat
making dens out of sofas and towels
enjoying their Sam Sam masks
Today we enjoyed making masks , dens and visiting the natural history and the inca museum. The children really enjoyed them both , fortunately they can't remember what London's museums were like otherwise they may have been disappointed.
